Also new to the program this year, Lunch with the Girls on Monday, 26 August invites ticketholders to indulge in a delicious, two-course luncheon at Brisbane City Hall in the company of some of Australia’s most fabulous and recognisable women: Kerri-Anne Kennerley, Network Ten’s Georgina Lewis, and 97.3FM’s Bianca Dye. Our special celebrity hosts will discuss all things fashion, while guests take in a salon show featuring the top 40 trends for Spring/Summer 19.
Guests who purchase tickets to Lunch with the Girls will also go into the draw to win an incredible prize, gifted by Fashion Festival Gold Partner, McKinney’s Jewellers, in celebration of the jeweller’s 135th anniversary. The prize includes a stunning strand of Australian South Sea Pearls featuring 31x Circle Baroque Silver Pearls secured with a diamond set invisible clasp, valued at $25,000. The winner will be drawn personally by Margot McKinney at the event.
The first show to launch our official runway at Howard’s Hall, long-time Fashion Festival Partner QueensPlaza will treat fashion lovers to the stunning, new-season collections from the centre’s luxury Australian and high-end international fashion brands at the QueensPlaza Fashion Show on Monday, 26 August.
